Dr. Daret St. Clair and Dr. Santi Kulprathipanja, members of ATPAC were 2009 recipients to Honorary Doctorate Degree from universities in Thailand. Ms. Sureerut (Anne) Kochaon, Environmental Team (E-Team) Chairperson, has been selected to receive the IPEP 2009 Annual Award.

The Association of Thai Professionals in America and Canada in conjunction with the Office of Science and Technology at the Royal Thai Embassy.
